Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a functional stay with a mesmerizing view of the vertical lift bridge, showcasing impressive engineering. The rooms are simple yet adequate, offering a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and accommodating, with apologies for any inconvenience. The location is convenient, close to various attractions but slightly affected by ongoing roadworks. Dining options were functional though not extraordinary. Overall, a decent choice for those seeking a hassle-free experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room offered a great view of the river and the impressive Vertical lift bridge, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-decorated, and had convenient facilities like a small kitchen and a modern bathroom which were perfect for our family trip with a toddler and a dog. However, the traffic noise could be a bit bothersome, and the dining options were not very appealing. Overall, a good value for money with friendly service and a prime location near the river and Bordeaux center.
For a four day stay, the hotel was a lovely spot with spacious rooms featuring a really big comfortable bed and ample pillows, perfect for us and our bicycles. The service, unfortunately, left much to be desired as the staff seemed rude and miserable, making everything feel like a problem. The location, however, was pleasant, offering shops, cafes, and bars along the river and good connectivity to the town. Despite the slightly overpriced dining, the French pastries were delightful. Overall, a comfortable stay with some service hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were lovely and perfect for a few nights, clean, spacious enough, and well-decorated, which was very convenient for us as a family with an 18-month-old toddler and a dog. The view overlooking the roof garden at the rear was just perfect.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room with a good little kitchenette and bathroom on the 5th floor offered a fantastic view of the river, making it comfortable and perfectly adequate for my four-day stay. The location was great with easy access to the city center via tram and lovely riverfront nearby. The dining was good although it was in a self-service mode. Despite some service issues, the staff eventually resolved them, and the service overall was decent.
